1. WHO IS OCEANWAVE LAUNDRY SERVICE

We are a full service laundry with in house laundry equipment for your laundry needs at Damansara Perdana. Just give us anything that is washable, we’ll wash it, dry it, fold it and ready within 3 DAYS. 

2. IS MY LAUNDRY WASHED WITH OTHER ORDERS?

No, each order is washed on its own. Whether it’s a large load or small load it all stays together in the same order number and is kept separate. 

3. DO YOU SEPARATE WHITES AND COLOURS FOR CUSTOMERS?

Yes, we do that for you. 

4. WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DRY CLEANING & LAUNDERING?

Dry cleaning involves the use of dry cleaning solvents in a special machine that washes and dry’s clothes in one cycle. Laundering involves the use of water to “wash“ clothes in a washing machine. Both dry cleaning and laundering (wet cleaning) processes include a pre-spotting process and then the cleaning in either the dry cleaning machine or the washing machine. 

5. ARE THERE ANY CLOTHS YOU CANNOT CLEAN WITH YOUR WASH AND FOLD SERVICE?

Yes some garments that have glued on decorations or excessive beading are not recommended for this service. 

6. CAN YOU REMOVE ALL STAIN?

While we have a stain removal process we cannot guarantee all stains will be able to be removed from the garment. 

7. WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT YOU TAKE?

We take all major credit/debit cards and cash. 

8. WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

Monday through Sunday 9:00 AM TO 8:30 PM 

9. HOW HOT ARE YOUR DRYERS?

Your clothes are dried at 82 degrees (Celsius). 

10. IS IT OKAY TO LEAVE DRY CLEANED CLOTHING IN THE PLASTIC BAG IT COMES BACK IN?

The plastic that covers your dry cleaning and laundry when you pick it up or when it is delivered is good for transporting the clothes only. It is best practice to not leave the plastic on the clothes once you get them home. We recommend you dispose of the plastic in a responsible manner such as recycling.
